School Level Ambassadors (SLA)
Public School SLAs
Support and promote Kids Voting Hawaii and related activities at schools.
Receive School Password along with Principal.
Attend orientation/training session and share information with teachers.
Work with Principal to decide method for printing & distribution of Student Password Cards.
Use the School Password to access the student password list for printing. Students may be grouped to facilitate printing and distribution and assigned to Authorized Teachers.
Inform/Update faculty regarding website, KVH curriculum, KVH rallies, and other events.
Work with teachers to encourage students to vote on-line.
Inform teachers and staff about retrieving voting results and student participation data after the election.
Private School SLAs
Support and promote Kids Voting Hawaii and related activities at schools.
Receive School Password along with Principal.
Work with school registrar or other personnel to prepare a spreadsheet (student last & first names, grade level, authorized teachers to whom students are assigned, and email addresses of authorized teachers). Use the School Password to log on to the KVH website and upload the spreadsheet for registration. Teacher and Student Passwords will be generated by Commercial Data Systems.
Inform teachers that they will receive a Teacher Password via email which they will use to access their student password list and to print Student Password Cards for voting.

Work with teachers to encourage students to vote on-line.
