Welcome to Kids Voting Hawaii!
As grades K-12 students, Kids Voting Hawaii provides all of you an opportunity to practice a civic right and responsibility as citizens of a democracy to cast your votes in the 2010 General Election.
We encourage you to become an informed voter by learning about each candidate and issue through the news media and on-line resources. This is also an excellent opportunity for family discussions on the elections, candidates and issues.
For the general election, students have the opportunity to vote on-line. Students will be registered either by their school or their home-school teacher. Each registered student will be assigned a unique Kids Voting Hawaii voter password. Prior to voting, students need to obtain their voter passwords from their teachers.
